Eric Kuan
Eric is a graduate of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a background in Investment Banking, where he advised on M&A, capital raises, and strategic finance for middle-market companies. He later transitioned into internal finance roles, bringing a mix of financial planning, strategic, and operational advisory experience to ANGI, The Farmer’s Dog, and TuneCore. Eric has helped businesses tackle critical challenges – from reversing margin declines and optimizing cost structures to refining CAC models and clarifying unit economics. He’s partnered across teams to sharpen go-to-market strategies, improve forecasting, and drive toward profitability.
Francis McKenna, CFA
Francis is a graduate of Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business with 10+ years of experience in financial planning and strategic advisory for high-growth, investor-backed companies. He began his career in Equity Research and Investment Banking before moving in-house to lead FP&A functions. Francis has helped companies scale by driving cost discipline, surfacing insights, and aligning resources across sales, marketing, operations, and product. He’s a trusted partner to executive teams and boards, known for turning complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies.
